metro stationdark roommissing supplies
the location near the metro station was acceptable.
the room was dark, and the view faced a poorly maintained courtyard. the high wall outside the window blocked any view of the sky. additionally, the kitchenette lacked basic supplies such as a dishcloth or dishwashing liquid.

fantastic stay near the city center

the hotel is a short walk from the subway station and a train line, easily connecting the area. a laundry room paid by app was available, very useful for longer stays (i appreciated that!). plenty of chill-out zones are available to relax in after a day of sightseeing. i noticed that the hotel provided parking and charging for electric cars close by, a big plus for those with electric vehicles.
during my stay, i found that the immediate area around the hotel lacked restaurants and walking options. the restaurant on-site was closed , and the nearby supermarket also had limited hours. this required me to travel into town for meals, a slight inconvenience.

the staff offered friendly assistance, always willing to help and very professional in their interactions with guests. check-in and check-out processes were streamlined for convenience. laundry facilities were available in the basement, accessible through a user-friendly app.

the studio live double balcony room was spacious and well-equipped. it had comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen, very handy. the bathroom was modern and well-kept, with all necessary amenities.

overall a good experience

the location is convenient. the underground train and s-bahn stop there. shops like rossman and rewe are nearby. the supermarket is in the ground floor though it gets busy during peak hours.
the staff named marina was rude. i knew the concept that we as a customer need to throw the trash then we did. the door of the trash room was broken so i went to the reception and informed. she should have solved it smoothly, but she didn't seem willing to assist.
